What's going on with the 0.7 Sharpie tips im getting like 10%-25% of the ink use before if just starts scratching the paper up with faint traces of ink sporadically coming out?

Hi I am Juwon,Oh from South Korea. I am a student in the Hanyang University.

I used Yellow Sharpie highlighter since 2014. I used it for 10 years, and I recently found out that the colour of the Sharpie yellow has changed. Why do you change the colour of the yellow highlighter? Not only me, but everyone in our country complain about the colour change.

I desperately request your company to give my original yellow Sharpie back.

I have only 3 left, so I am asking every shops whether they have the previous one. I hope your answer back.

P.S I probably used Sharpie up to 80

I trusted sharpies as a brand so I saved up for a big box with lots of colours with fine and ultra fine pens but sadly all have already dried up, before getting to use them properly, it is alot of money to waste and I was looking forward to using them so when looking for your contact details I came to pissed consumer services but I tried phoning your number to give you a chance to sort things first but there was no answer. Please may I get a return call and email to know you have received this and what is to be done about it.

I bought a box of sharpie S gel, pens, red, and the first five pens do not work after you write about four words the ink begins to disappear. These were too expensive to have half of a box not work I teach and I use these red pens throughout the yea

requesting payment for customer service help. A fee was already paid when the item was bought and requesting additional money for customer service is ridiculous and no other company I have ever dealt with requested a fee for customer service information

I love your new sharpie metal pens...ive bought several but the clip keeps getting loose and spinning around. It is no able to be tightened.it has happened on 3 of those pens now.

They are not cheap. Can you please replace these three. I can send them in if needed.

And can you guys do something to fix this issue because those are my favorite pens. If not i guess ill be switching brands.

I still havent resolved my problem I have a whole box of retractable yellow sharpies $14.55. Theyre all dried up.

They dont work send me a new box fresh Im not going to Walmart. Thats a pain in the *** Youre the manufacturer you take care of it.

Sharpie continues to sell a defective product and will not reimburse or replace with the same product.

I used chisel tips markers to make a stained glass bottle. Should these be put into the oven? I dont want the color to come off.

I don't know how I ended up with your website I just was trying to contact sharpie to tell them this is the second time I've ordered the very fine tip painting pen and every time I try to use it it spits out pools of paint when it does work it works wonderfully and I really like it but I'm not happy.

Why did you change your Sharpie ultrafine retractable from a click pen to a cap pen? Click pens you dont lose the top. cap pens you can lose the cap very annoying

I had a few ultra fine sharpies in a few packages that did not work. I emailed your company about it and got no response.
