my highlighter didnt have ink. i popped it open and the tip was completely white. i opened the bottom of the highlighter and the part with the ink was completely white and had no ink.

I used Yellow Sharpie highlighter since 2014. I used it for 10 years, and I recently found out that the colour of the Sharpie yellow has changed. Why do you change the colour of the yellow highlighter? Not only me, but everyone in our country complain about the colour change.

I desperately request your company to give my original yellow Sharpie back.

I have only 3 left, so I am asking every shops whether they have the previous one. I hope your answer back.

Tried to order 2 brown sharpie pens from Amazon, they were unable to supply them. Have looked in all shops, cannot buy brown ones individually.

Only ones on line us a big pack costing £16. Why?

I trusted sharpies as a brand so I saved up for a big box with lots of colours with fine and ultra fine pens but sadly all have already dried up, before getting to use them properly, it is alot of money to waste and I was looking forward to using them so when looking for your contact details I came to pissed consumer services but I tried phoning your number to give you a chance to sort things first but there was no answer. Please may I get a return call and email to know you have received this and what is to be done about it.

requesting payment for customer service help. A fee was already paid when the item was bought and requesting additional money for customer service is ridiculous and no other company I have ever dealt with requested a fee for customer service information

I love your new sharpie metal pens...ive bought several but the clip keeps getting loose and spinning around. It is no able to be tightened.it has happened on 3 of those pens now.

They are not cheap. Can you please replace these three. I can send them in if needed.
